Benefits of Mango

Mangoes, by see this name first hits in your mind - tasty, yellow rich in color. Yes! Mangoes are very sweet as well as rich in vitamins and minerals. first of all it is a seasonal fruit we won't get for whole year we get only mid of the year.

So proud that is -"our traditional fruit off course the origin will be in South Asia especially south India it'll more cultivates in Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Andra, ,then cultivate now every around the world in tropical area.

ok let's come to fitness:
         We all fight for Obesity, Energy drain, Freshness, etc,.To overcome this or maintain balanced health  " Mango is the best fruit ".

You can eat plenty of mangoes no issue, our stomach will take only 4 to 5 mangoes then full. based on energy level we take max 200 to 300 calories. by calories it says big in number but all the vitamins and minerals are needed amount to our body, instead of taking A-Z pills, mango is good choice to compensate or regulates our body well. All the time our body need vitamin c because it will not stay as long as in blood-excess amount will come out via urine. 
whenever you bite snack and oil item take one mango rich in vitamin c.
